The app
Flutter, one codebase for iOS and Android. A step-by-step wizard, camera and gallery, drafts saved on the phone, login with a WhatsApp code, sessions kept in the phone's secure storage.
Assuranci sells car insurance in a phone. Snap the registration card, get a price from licensed insurers, and the policy comes to your door for free. We built the iOS and Android app, the AI that reads the card, the backend with its admin panel, and the website.
Built for Mauritania. Prices in MRU.
Buying car insurance used to mean an office, a form and a wait. Now the AI reads the card and fills the form. You just check it.

Five steps, one hand, no office. This is the real app.

Pick the document type and the cover: 3, 6 or 12 months. Take a photo, or pick one from the gallery.
A few seconds later the car is filled in. Every field stays editable. A blurry photo gets a clear "try again" and a WhatsApp button.
The price shows up at once, worked out on the server from the price table. A second car joins the same order.
Pick a bank or mobile wallet, copy the number in one tap, pay, upload the screenshot.
The team checks the payment and approves the policy. It is delivered for free, and every policy shows where it stands.
English, French and Arabic from day one: 429 strings in each, terms and privacy included. Switch to Arabic and the layout mirrors right to left, no restart.
Mirroring is the easy half. The design still needed hand fixes on many screens, and Arabic letters look smaller at the same size, so we sized the text by hand to match the English.
Drag the line to compare.

Two Flutter developers and a backend developer built all four.
Flutter, one codebase for iOS and Android. A step-by-step wizard, camera and gallery, drafts saved on the phone, login with a WhatsApp code, sessions kept in the phone's secure storage.
A vision model reads French and Arabic labels on three card layouts, even rotated or stamped. It knows a trailer when it sees one and scores its own confidence. Below 50%, the app asks for a new photo. We built it while this tech was still young, so picking tools that read the card reliably took real build and test time.
Directus with our own extension: 22 API endpoints on PostgreSQL. The team approves payments and edits insurers, banks and price tables in the admin, so prices change without an app update. Each new order sends an email.
A landing page in the same three languages, with the terms, privacy policy and about pages, and links to the App Store and Google Play.
Assuranci swapped office visits and forms for five steps in an app, with AI doing the typing. If your customers still fill in forms, we can do the same for you. We do what it takes to make it.
No overengineering. No wasted time. Just straight-up execution.
